Course Objectives
The course aims to guide students towards the understanding of key concepts of strategic and financial planning. The analysis of a case study in innovation management leads to define the key features and the relevance of matching strategic and financial planning. Tools and techniques will be reviewed and studied through selected case studies. The course touches on real options as an instrument that allows handle strategic investments under uncertain market, technological, and policy conditions.
Students will be asked to engage in class discussion.
