Managing and Developing Talent in the Workplace: A Course to Foster Personal Growth and Competitiveness

Attracting qualified professionals, engaging collaborators, and retaining talent is one of the most significant challenges facing businesses today. In a context where skills, innovation, and organizational culture increasingly make the difference, the “Managing and Developing Talent in the Workplace” course has been launched by the School of Innovation for Accademia d’Impresa.

The course is designed to provide entrepreneurs, managers, and organizations with concrete tools to interpret changes in the labor market and transform them into growth opportunities. Through a practical and up-to-date approach, participants will explore the new organizational models of the knowledge-based economy, strategies for leveraging human capital, and the key factors for motivating, engaging, and developing talent.

The program consists of three training modules dedicated to key themes: the knowledge economy and innovation, recruitment and career management, diversity management and people empowerment. A comprehensive program that combines strategic vision, real-world case studies, exercises, and opportunities for practical discussion.

The course, entirely in-person, enables companies to make targeted investments in their staff, thereby enhancing their appeal, workplace culture, and competitiveness. Upon completion of the program, participants will also receive a certificate from the School of Innovation.

Focusing on talent today means building stronger, more inclusive, and future-ready organizations. This course offers a concrete opportunity to do so, with method, expertise, and vision.
