David Tacconi, Ph.D., is a PMP®-certified Project Manager and a UNI 11814-certified Innovation Manager with over 20 years of experience in digital health, innovation, and technology-driven transformation.
His work focuses on project and program management, innovation strategy, R&D funding, and the development of technology-based initiatives across healthcare, research, and industry.
He has founded and led innovative ventures in medtech and digital rehabilitation, securing public and private funding and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. He also supports SMEs and research institutions in the design, funding, and delivery of innovation projects.
At the School of Innovation of the University of Trento, he serves as Entrepreneur in Residence, where he coaches research groups and students in bringing ideas to market.
He is also leading the launch of a new Venture Building program by SoI to support the creation of entrepreneurial initiatives.
