Francesco Guzzonato is an entrepreneur in residence and scouting specialist with the role of supporting students and researchers in bringing their ideas into the real world.
A former startup founder and biotechnologist, he has been involved in more than 20 business and research projects. He specialises in innovation management, early-stage strategy, project management and fundraising.
He is deeply involved in deep tech, sustainability and circular economy, and holds a large track record of national and international entrepreneurship prizes, awarded from the United Nations, Euregio and Legambiente among others.
He is the co-founder of the non-profit student organisation O.W.L. - Open Wet Lab, which focuses on life sciences disseminatin and is the first biohacking association in Italy.
