Prof. Marco Formentini is an Associate Professor of Management Engineering at DISI, University of Trento. He has taught at prestigious European business schools and is currently the Deputy Director of the Executive MBA in Trento. He has published in top-tier journals and collaborates with international companies on sustainable supply chain management, digital transformation, and food waste reduction. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management and an active member of several academic communities in the field of Operations and Supply Chain Management.
