Roberto Gabriele is associate professor in Applied Economics at the department of Economics and Management of the University of Trento. He is graduated in statistics at ”La Sapienza” University of Rome and got a PhD in Economics and Management at Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies of Pisa. He is member of the committee of Phd in economics and management of University of Trento and teaches in the school of public policies evaluation of University Roma Tre. His research interests include economics of innovation, policy evaluation and industry dynamics. He adopts an evolutionary approach and uses both statistical/econometric methods and agent based computational models. He published in several international journals, among others, Industrial corporate change, industry and innovation, journal of technology transfer, industrial relations. He participated in several studies of public policy evaluation in the field of R&D and innovation policies.
