Sandro Trento studied economics and management at the University of Rome, “la Sapienza” (Italy), at Northwestern University (USA) and Stanford University (USA); he is full professor of management, director of the School of Innovation (University of Trento). He previously served as deputy-director at the Economic Research Department of the Bank of Italy and as Chief Economist of Confindustria (Rome, Italy). He has been General Director of the Fondazione Ergo (Varese, Italy) and member of the Banking and Financial Ombudsman (Bologna, Italy).
