Stefano Cirella is Associate Professor / Reader in Organisation Studies at the Essex Business School, UK, and University of Trento, Italy. He has been a visiting scholar at the California Polytechnic State University, USA. His main research interests focus on collective creativity, collaboration, organisational change and collaborative research methodologies. He teaches in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Organisation Development.
